Fixed some things for GaterhingStorm civ version (thanks CasinoX for helping me)

- The "New pop" notification should not appear when a unit is trained (this is a bug from GS, I only was able to add a workaround, thanks FearSunn for the idea)
- added the 4 new goodyhut types to the notifications.

Please tell me if everything works well, cause I can not test it (since I don't own GS)

- fixed black colour bug introduced with new colour coding with latest Civ6 patch
- fixed Leader Name display for Leaders that can lead more than one nation (currently only Eleanor)

- added setting to set a range for new barbarian camps. Only new camps within this range to one of your cities will trigger a notification. By default it is set to -1, which means you will get a notification everytime, regardless of the range.
To change settings, you need to edit the NotificationSlide.lua directly, the settings are at the beginning of the code.

- improved code for barbarian notification. previously it could happen that you did not recive a notification, if a camp spawned on the very same plot again.

no big changes except if you really want, you can edit the NotificationSlide/Panel.lua files at the beginning of file, to enable/disable Notifications.

- disabled research popups again
- added new population notification
- added goody hut notification (was very difficult and not all information is available, but I think the result is still good)

made compatible to GS expansion, thanks Plerion for providing me the needed game file, since I do not own GS yet.

Please test and report any bugs, since I can not test it myself.

(I forgot to disable the tech/civic popups again. Will be disabled again in the next version in few days)

made compatible to Game update from 13.02.2019 and now it also should work for R&F (eg settler lense was previously lacking loyality).
Please report back if there are still problems.

(now I'm working to also make it GS compatible)
