Hotfix:
-Ladder by B bombsite is now functional (by request)
-Fixed metal reflectivity

-Drastic lighting changes (feedback?)
-Skybox dustclouds to replace fog
-Improved spawns for Classic gamemodes (are now in opposite corners of the map, DM spawns remain the same)
-Added env_sun to the level
-Additional cubemaps
-Overall improvements

-Fixed skybox lighting on pipes
-Improved collision with crashed oil tanker

-Fixed bug that allowed player to jump onto crate and then out of the map
