1. Fixed an error related to the long watch. Temporarily brought back Pistol Overwatch functionality.
2. Reorganized weapon appearance and icons. With this update, the inventory icon and the actual Bowcaster look exactly the same. (And this look was the Bowcaster I was looking for)

The Proficiency Class Templars are overly drastic overhauling the Focus system. To solve this problem, I would like to solve the problem by setting the action point to 2 when firing, only for Proficiency Class Templars.

Yep. I thought a lot about whether there might be a better way. However, given my limited time, building a bowcaster that is fully compatible with Proficiency Class Templars is extremely time consuming. Considering the mod's scalability and uniqueness, this update was the best.
