Small Rework for the mod:

Research Skill Level now scale from 0 to 100.
Research Corp effects now affected from Research Skill Level.

*Slightly improved the performance of the mod.
*AI now always gain research points from Eureka.
*Fix an edge bug from the mod that game will crash, as they don't like the invaild tech option.
