Patch fixing the following bugs :

• Beating The Lamb's head THEN The Lamb's body will not spawn the Ender Dragon
  • This bug was actually never reproduced, so I count it as fixed until further details come to me
• Some synergies with the Blaze Rod are bugged.
  • + Lump of Coal : There is now a limit to the growth of on-ground rods.
    
  • + Flat Stone : Flat Stone is overriden (but the animation plays sometimes).
• Healing Potions doesn't restore Skeleton Hearts.
  
• The [Enchanted] Golden Apple effect before dropping the object and after picking it back, but not between those two.
  
• The Ladder (from the mod) changes Greed's exit trapdoors to crawl spaces.
  
• Potions are runes, not cards as they should be.
  • This was actually not an issue as potions are treated as card in the code anyway.
• If the player touch a Villager right after entering a room, the share will occur, which leads sometimes to players sharing without willing to.
  • The player must be for 1.5 seconds away from the villager if it has spawned near the player.
• One can't craft an Eye of Ender when playing with a controller.
  • Press the map button (Select) and the drop/switch button (RT) simultaneously to craft. Also work for keyboards which already have the C button to craft.
