- Rubble lasts longer. Doesn't matter at all, just think it looks cool.

- Interval time for units checking is back to 300ms, what the base game has.

- Ballista Tower range 300 > 500, Dwarven Settlement 400 > 600
I feel that most of my changes have been anti-dwarf, anti-turtle oriented (or just generally helping the other 2 races), so I think the Dwarves need a little love. They should be very useful defensive buildings with this range now.

- More bugfixes. This is about where I want Vigil to be. Enemy heroes still aren't targetable, but they're killable and hittable with aoe spells, so that's fine until I fix them not being properly alive.

- Fixed Vigil for a Fallen Hero insane spawning. Quest may be too easy or too hard depending how the Abomination wanders about.
