- Fixed a bug that would cause a crash.

Balance changes:

Camping skills:
- Writhe Soul: Permanency all buff amounts increased by 1.
- Writhe Soul: Fatality all buff amounts increased by 1.
- Cheat Death can now be used on party members
- Cheat Death stress heal increased from 10 to 15.
- Cheat Death no longer stresses the team out.

- Soul Harvest no longer depletes enemy group initiative.
- Soul Harvest now depletes only the target's initiative.

- Reaping Evisceration base bleed amount reduced from 2 to 1.

- Reaping Evisceration bleed amount buff rescalled.
From: 100/125/150/175/200% To: 200/250/300/350/400%

- Sinister Flurry/Riposte bleed amount buff rescalled.
From: 20/40/60/80/100% To: 40/50/60/70/80%

- Soul Harvest blight amount buff rescalled.
From: 100/125/150/175/200% To: 100/150/200/250/300%

Note:
After playing with him for a bit I think these values are ok, they might need a slight nerf but i'm not sure just yet.
