Balance changes:
- Phantom Strike now increases MAX HP instead of reducing damage taken.
- Soul Harvest now reduces damage taken instead of increasing MAX HP.

NOTE:
Changed this due to very long missions length the damage reduction would easily hit 100%.

Balance changes:
- Grim Shade no longer gives position buffs but fixed DMG and CRIT buffs.
- Grim Shade now also increases stun skill chance of Devious Ambush.
- Devious Ambush base DMG changed from 10% to 0/5/10/15/20%
- Devious Ambush base CRIT changed from 4/5/6/7/8% to 2/4/6/8/10%
- Devious Ambush mark DMG increased from 15/20/25/30/35 to 30/35/40/45/50%
- Devious Ambush now has 0 stun skill chance.
