Fixing a bug that let the sockets npc spawn randomly in the wild. :)

Instead of price being a bell shaped curve I have flattened it out, you will see cheaper prices for 2 and 3 sockets but larger prices for 4th and 5th socket, so tier value is linear now.

The logic behind the mod has been vastly improved, with a lot of help from zParticle I have successfully made the socketer switch to 5 sockets in all acts once you have gone into newgameplus. You still need to save the enchanter in the first act to unlock him once you go into NGP.

Workshop errors caused me to re-release. This new version has a quest check to enable sockets in the first town, so just like the normal enchanter you earn him after completing a quest.
