CHANGES
- Reclamation Works - now provides +2 Production from Lake tiles rather than Marshes, there were few circumstances where the Marsh bonus applied as the city has to be on a coast/lake. Makes more sense to have a lake bonus given the city placement requirements.
- Oil Refinery - Icon changed back to original one. Always want to use unused/scenario art where possible but am now using the previous icon for a new Oil Plant building as part of my Power Resource mod. Prefer this icon in any case.

- No longer stated that Reclamation Works can be built in cities next to rivers (although wanted, they never could due to a coding issue I can't resolve ... not sure how I missed that in previous testing).
- Fixed issue that Reclamation Works couldn't be built next to Lakes... again, not sure how I missed that.
- Reclamation Works moved to Fertilizer as it seems more relevant, gives the tech something to actually build and I wanted to free up Industrialization for my latest mod.
- New icons for Reclamation Works and Oil Refinery as I always try to use official artwork that is not in the main game, which I have since found - you might need the Polynesia DLC to see them now though.
- Lots of typo fixes... even had the name of the building spelt wrong!
