Iron Legion dialogue fixes.

reduced the strength of some horde characters so they don't wipe out entire squads of the Iron Legion by themselves.

Also buffed the Iron Legion's combat stats by a tiny amount so they stand a better chance.

various Bug fixing

Iron Legion will now also come to defend your base if you ask their roaming squads to help you defend it. This will cost you a bit of relations, but it's better than nothing.
