updated the Iron Legion Forts so they'll start spawning in their forces again.

more dialogue added for immortals

added random bar dialogue, nerfed a few of the "Special" NPCs

updated the ratio of UC and Iron Legion in UC towns. should be in more favor of the UC so they don't get wiped out as easily.

Iron Legion will no longer try to help the player overtake UC towns even when allied. (hopefully)

tinkered with the shadowed attacks some more, hopefully they'll only spawn once now.

increased the ammount of time it takes for another shadowed attack to spawn ad infinitum. They should now only spawn once.

reduced size of Iron Legion camps once again.

removed the tester start for the hundreth time.
