Fixed the banditry bar not being displayed in the "Province Details" tab in the Empire Divided Campaign by creating a uniform user interface theme for all ED factions.
Fixed the issue in Caesar in Gaul and Wrath of Sparta Campaigns where the user would see incorrect icons for the technology chains.
