Added fog editor support.

Removed low water effect version from workshop,
Dose not seem to make any difference on machines now days and is much easier for me to work on one version.

Fixed map config not found in console.

Fixed and added map icon.
Added a few settings lines.

Fixed star texture not showing up in mp.

Quick fix.

Now compatible with sky and sun editors.
I did have to change the skybox for this,
But i kept a backup of the original.
If you prefer the origanal none customizable one let me know.

Fixed end race trigger i missed.
