- Added an indicator for teammates with Natural Bond equipped (can be disabled in options)
- Adjusted horizontal offset for last life indication a bit, to look nicer

- Added skull indicator that show when teammates are on their last health (if they have grey screen that is)
- Added options to disable last life and ammo indicators to Mod Menu
