Updated so it's always compatible with any 2.1.* patches.

- Adds new sounds for unbidden and scourge ships
- Changes railguns and plasma sounds.

- Converts and Resample all sounds that were 48000 kbps into 44100 kbps for optimization.
- Adds three war notification sounds. (I didn't even know they even had sounds before that)
- Adds a new leader recruitmen sound.

- Remixes "Scanner" event cues
- Adds variations for Mass Drivers,Kinetic Batteries and Energy Lances - Previously these weapons have only one sound, I suspect PDX have something against kinetic weapons.
- Adds heavy auto-cannon sound, for mods that use it.
- Adds many weapon impact sounds.
- Boost science ship click by a bit.
- Reduces volume for ship designer sounds.
- There is no spoon.

- Fixed the dumb issue where I made some typos causing army recruitment sounds to not work.
- Add variations to ship designer sounds.
- Make a new construction ship click sound, and lowers the volume of both cons and science ship.

- Fixed all the messed up stuffs due to Distant Star renaming tons of UI-related sounds (With no actual change to the audio itself, I wonder what's the point lol)

- Fixed oversight from the base game in the newest update where they put UI_Wheel_up into UI_Wheel_down (Not sure if intended)

- Adds various more explosion, army recruitment and building construction sounds.

- Alters construction ship click sounds abit to be shorter and possibly less distracting.

Updated the mod to 2.1.0

I checked every .asset files and cannot find anything that were changed atm, since Distant Stars has it's own .asset file. I believe it is safe to assume that everything's ok, but I am concerned that...

- Make Tachyon Lance charging sound have less priorities and the firing sound more consistent and louder.
- Experiments on adding entirely new sounds to the game (That are not replacements for existing one)

Consturction Ship now have 5 different click sounds, two of them have voices and they are much rarer than the default three. (The three have their weight set to 800, while the voice ones set to 100)

Science Ship have two clicking sounds.
