UPDATED FOR SPEED POTION UPDATE !!!!!!

=> full rework / redistribution of the dilemmas, CHECK THE NEW UP TO DATE MOD'S IMAGE !!!!!

=> now support properly black arks and master agents names !!!!!

=> huge mix changes and huge new possibilities: that was necessary as i cant let master agents buffing/stacking army bonuses, so i redistributed in a balanced way the dilemmas

=> fully updated mod's description and mod's image ! CA also updated a lot of name's effects ! check them out !

=> no new edits needed ! (thats damn great job CA !)

=> EDITED THE IMAGE TO INCLUDE THE CA CHANGES (some traits work on new units !)
