- Added the United Arab Republic and the United African Republicfor Communist rulers.
- Added some new Capitalist States (Ethiopia, Somalia, Sudan, Palestine, Jordan, Libya, Tunisia, Afghanistan).
- Added a decision for Capitalist to form a new Republic (if you have 3 duchies) --> AI will use it too.
- Added a CB for Communist rulers against an Emperor/Emperess, to destroy his/her empire.
- Added some events for Capitalist rulers if they not have the Democracy succession law.
- Modified the probabilites for the AI in its choice of ideologies, depending of the period.
