updated MPI/IA maps to support race specific defences, Chasm - Dusk. Made all pools of water in Chasm do damage so that AI units that fall in them die and not hang around forever.

Discovered an error in the ISDF level 4 AIP, they should be way tougher now. Incorporated VSR physics into all races except Warpigs(F9 will have to do that himself, unless its already done?).

added new AI cpu odf's so that no matter what AI the player chooses there will always be some kind of defencive emplacement to deter the human player from rushing the AI base.
