- Added some society technologies that reduce the building costs of all military stations.
- Also added very small bonuses to hull points and weapon damage to make them more worthwhile.
- Fixed what I think was a mistake copied from the base game concerning the weighing of the military station technologies for the AI.

The reason I have done this is because I know the AI in Stellaris always had trouble building larger military stations because the room in their budget for those was never enough. With these new technologies the AI will find them to be more afforable and therefor increase their defensive potential.

- Apparently the naming of the ruler traits files matters even more than I previously thought.

- Overwritten the fortifier ruler traits to support all station sizes.

- Corrected mistake in the costs of the last tier reactor for the fortress.
- Modified the ship reactors to support the default component set.
- Added overwrites for the platform reactor.
