Quick balance for defense platforms:

Small (base) platform: platform capacity required increased from 1 to 3
Medium platform: capacity req. increased from 2 to 6
Large platform capacity req. increased from 4 to 12

Balance changes are based on the Ion cannon's firepower.
It has 1 titanic weapon and takes 8 slots, based on it, the large platform should take 16 slots and the base small platform should take 4 slots even in the vanilla game.

Hull points have been adjusted:
small platform now has 2500 base hull
medium platform has 6000 base hull
large platform has 13500 base hull

Small platform might ne changes to 2 slot later with slight hull reduction to 2000 (since it has only 2 aux slots and has lower survivability).
