CHANGES

  • Added back edict for Voidborne civics
  • Added script for Master Builder when creating new Void Habitats (should never take effect)
  • Edited Scripted Triggers compatch to remove confusing scripted triggers
  • Edited Scripted Effects generic for habitat start to add a tile blocker that has 3 tiles nearby it to improve compatibility issues with CGM.
  • Updated code for Colony of Earth to try and resolve the Lost Colony Humans not from Earth when using a random spawned UNE. Doubt it works, but should resolve issue with CoM UNE. Should force spawn Earth whenever Colony of Earth addon is used.
  • Updated all images to show off Shokupwet's art. It's excellent!

CHANGES

  • All code related to customized starts has been rewritten and streamlined to accomodate for the submod and improve compatability & modability. More documentation on this to follow in a new discussions section.
  • Dyson Engineers civic removed and moved to submod.
  • Dyson Engineers civic is rebalanced to be +33% Megastructure Build Speed & +33% Megastructure Cost, down from 50%
  • Fixed typo in text for Dyson Engineers
  • Dyson Engineer is now connected to the rest of the galaxy via a single hyperlane to a hostile system.
  • Lost Colony now recognizes the secondary species as a potential "home" species (Rogue Servitor, Codominant Evolution).
  • Lost Colony script rewritten and renamed to Colony Script. New code created to integrate most on_actions events so they start after Lost Colony script.
  • Earth Check scripted added to check if Earth exists. If it does not, create UNE if using CoM or Colony of Earth addon mod. This was moved out of Lost Colony to prevent the default CoM UNE from being generated (they get wiped out easily).
  • Removed Habitat Upgrade temporarily while reworking due to changes to Master Builders.
  • Voidborne civic now switches homeworld after On_Press_Begin. Fixes issue with the Start Message text missing homeplanet. Also should fix issues with Cybernetic upgrade.
  • Scripted Triggers Addon & Compatch files added to improve greater mod portability.
  • Scripted Effects standardized into a single file.
  • New icon art by Shokupwet! These are excellent!

CHANGES

  • Added new civic Dyson Engineers, starting with a built up home system, a partially constructed Dyson Sphere, random engineering tech, engineering research bonus, but a malus to physics & society research.
  • Changed Habitat Upgrade edict for Voidborne. Now it is unlocked at start but costs more. Once you research Voidborne it becomes cheaper. You can only upgrade to a size 12 habitat until you unlock Voidborne.
  • Changed Voidborne bonuses from 5% upkeep cost reduction to 25% upkeep cost reduction.
