Bug fix: One of the Cloak #3 chits for the Klingons was not properly encoded to be a cloaking chit, so did not get a hidden zone around it when picked up. This is now corrected.

Bug Fix: there where issues on "Muster Fleet" if a redraft was needed--particularly, since the deck didn't reshuffle, you could never get past "Muster Fleet" and needed to redraft. There was also an error if you accepted a fleet that was not full.

Added Infinite bags for ship models, cloaking chits, command posts, and action chits. Changed action chit code (related to the turn tracker) to pull the chits from the infinite bag and destroy them when done. Altered mechanism for placing command posts to pull from infinite bag instead. Added code to destroy all destructable objects to any factions that are not in play after all factions have been selected by players.

Made all infinite bags used to store objects (that are relatively hidden) as interactable = false to prevent user interaction.

Made faction tables non-interactable.

Fixed issue with turn tracker: hitting reset now also resets the turn tracker, where before it did not.

Last change prevented Romulan Expansion Location tiles from being added when the Romulan Expansion was selected. This update fixes that.

-- Some code refactoring to simplify the code. Also added significant comments to document how to add an expansion.

-- Updated the maximum selectable Victory Condition to 38 to match the rule book. Minimum adjusted to 1 instead of 0.

-- Added smoke for damaged ships. Currently not enabled. There has been difficulty in getting this to work correctly.
-- Code is in place, but it still needs debugged.

-- possible bug fix for non-elevated players: added code to unlock and re-lock objects that are non-interactable when moving those objects (namely, the scoreboard)

-- Bug fix for Turn tracker--it had a tendency to drift (looks like Lua treats objects as objects correctly after all).

-- Bug fix for Turn tracker--turn order would get screwed up if more than 2 players.

Replaced the bases of the ships with high-quality bases that provide useful information.
