- tweak City Name order for scenario
- adjust scenario values and add city positions for Largest Earth Map

- reorder some City Names for the Scenario generation.
- add some new City Names to fill some gaps when generating the Modern World on the Giant Earth Map
- tweak specific Civilization settings for the Modern World scenario preset on the Giant Earth Map

- add a Modern World Scenario preset for YnAMP (best used with the Giant Earth Map)
- crash fix: Sweden vanilla Artdef was not updated properly, causing a crash on entering the game
- bug fix : corrected the white flags color for the human player, but Prismatic is still required when playing with a high number of Civilizations
- updated the Artdef tags that were changed with GS
- add a few City Names to the America list to match the CityMap for Scenario Generation
- add the Civilizations from the "Expanded" mod to the main list as you can use the exclusion list in YnAMP now, the "Expanded" mod is no longer required. Total number of Civilization is now 65, you'll have to exclude 3 if you don't want to have 3 random civs removed from the pool (the maximum number of civilization in game is 62)
- moved Mexico TSL since a Volcano was placed here on the Giant Earth Map

- add GS compatibility

- lower the max number of players to 62 (because Free Cities use the #63 slot)
- move Angola to the ExpandedPlayers list
- crash fix: do not remove the Free Cities from the Civilization list
