Yet Another Major Code Rewrite.

Looks like Paradox did change something that affected advisor mods, so i had to ehh... look for new code (thanks Stellaris Modding Lounge on Discord!!). Once again 0 errors now.

+ New voice lines, obvs.

Especially fun - new voice line categories! The ones to do with Council Agendas that even the PAID dlc advisors don't have lol (what's up with that? too stingy to hire back the voice actors?)

You didn't expect it and neither did I. Since I'm having a bit of a hyperfixation moment, I deliver to you all another... dare I say *huge* update.

Last one boasted about 40 new lines. This one? Over sixty.

- Yet another expansion of colony- and research-related lines. Especially the anomaly ones, which now have *15* to choose from. Exploration is never getting old with these, thanks to Lego Dimensions.

- Starbase warfare got a complete overhaul! At last, no more poorly-stitched and grating "killing hostile units". Each starbase-related event now has 5+ variations, thanks to Dota.

- And, as always, many other miscellaneous additions, all of which can be found in the handy discussion post.

As a result of some on-and-off work for the past year, I present to you a large update! Very exciting indeed.

- Lots of new wartime *and* peacetime lines.
- I finally caved in and added a couple of phrases from PotatOS. If the difference in processing is too much in your opinion - please, do tell! I'd be happy to get rid of them :D
- Apparently, I underappreciated Poker Night. Took a second look at all the voiceover they did and there was a ton of potential there. So a large chunk of new lines come from that game!

- Debris analysed did, indeed, get fixed in the last update, if any of you were wondering.
- All the new lines are already in the explanation discussion post, go take a look!
- Hotfix probably coming in the next few days ;)

Minor update. Just a couple of new lines and some edits.

- Another addition to "species modified"
- One more "invasion successful" line
- New variation for "situation log updated"

- Amplified the volume of the 4 lines from Poker Night which were previously way too quiet.
- Debris analysed specifically seems to never use the second line, rephrased some of the coding related to it in an attempt to fix.

Big-ish update with new lines and some replacements.

- "Spacebourne encounter" and "Research Complete 2" have been replaced (really glad about the latter one as the "persistent experementation" line was really grating imo)

- Alien Federation formed and Tile Blocker cleared now have variation
- 1 more variant for evasion, new empire discovery, research complete and species modified
- 2 more variants for planet in revolt

Primitives enlightened and Species modified now have variation.
Planet in revolt and Special project complete got additions.

ALL RANDOMIZATION ISSUES ARE SOLVED! From now on ALL lines I've added should play eventually.
