Left 4 Dead Survival Maps: Last Stand - Version 2

Lighthouse Night:

- Significantly cleaned up the map's geometry
- Fixed weapons not spawning
- Fixed missing texture on the lighthouse
- Fixed a missing particle effect
- Fixed missing sound setting
- Updated water to L4D2 version
- Updated loading screen to less stretched version
- Updated the download link to the correct one

Lighthouse Daytime:

- Added new daytime map
