The Randomize NPC feature can arbitrarily changed by MCM Menu.

Randomize NPC scale. Within a range of 0.95 - 1.05
Randomize NPC walk speed. Within a range of 80 - 120
Randomize NPC confidence.
Reduced the probability that the Robbers goes to town.
Robbers will be hostile to Town guards.
NPCs no longer stack in Broken Oar Grotto.
Small bug fix.

NPCs Wandering behavior priority was reduced. Probably can recruiting NPC by AFT or another Follower Tweaks.

NPCs find next destination and return location automatically and randomly and dynamically.

No longer to direct reference to the cell.
