*General rebalancing.
*Increased weight for valuable deposits to spawn on ringworlds, equal to naturally occuring gaia worlds.
*Added +5% biological pop happiness for ringworlds.
*Added four new buildings that can only be built on habitats orbiting Molten, Toxic, Gas Giant and Frozen worlds.
(habitats built before this update won't be able to access them due to scripting limitations).
*Galactic Wonders unlocks Ringworlds instead of The Circle of Life.
*Certain habitat-unique buildings now require technologies to unlock instead of being available instantly.
