Main:

- added some dirt to the concrete surface
- removed night light artifacts at bottom mesh

LOD:

- updated lod texture to match current main texture

- changed surface texture of concrete walls
- darker color
- added futuristic details
- improved windows
- slightly increased tris count
- changed mesh at the entrance to facilitate the new roof grass
- some minor changes

LOD:

- updated LOD to match new Main mesh
