Escort Resistance Operative should not not crash the game when Lost and Abandoned is enabled, and the mission type is chosen by the game for the first guerilla op.

Added new mission type: Escort Res. Op to ADVENT Facility. Added to the Guerilla Op pool.

Uses Hack Workstation as base, adding a resistance operative armed with a pistol and a weapon disabler as help.

Accomplishing the objective will launch a couple waves of reinforcements against the player. If the objective was hacked with the operative, all remaining enemies in the area will be stunned for two turns, or for one turn if it's a unit like a Sectopod.

If the operative survives the mission, they will grant bonus intel and loot to XCOM.

Faction operatives in Emergency Extraction should now be more stealthy and a bit farther away from enemies, so you don't have turn 1 encounters anymore.

Capturing the VIP in Neutralize Avatar Project VIP missions will now grant bonus intel.

Skirmisher Operative mission has Show of Force again.

Resistance soldiers count on the Rescue _____ Operative missions has been doubled to six, to account for the fact that they now scaled.

Faction operative stats have been buffed.

Fixed error in XComSchedules.ini

Faction agent spawns in Emergency Extraction have been moved: they should now be much closer in XCOM and shouldn't inadvertently cause the Beaglerush rule to trigger on them.

Buffed the reinforcements on Terror Escape a bit.

Fixed localization errors.

Added notification of what rescuing a civilian means in Terror Escape.

Resistance Soldiers now scale with force level.

Nerfed rewards for rescuing civilians on Terror Escape.

Resistance units in Terror Escape now properly switch over to the player's team when rescued: no more locked camera in resistance activity.

Civilians no longer keep getting moves every time a XCOM controlled unit gets close to them.
