Nerfed Emergency Extraction:

1) Pods that appear on map at first are weaker (will generally have pods that are behind in force level) and smaller in numbers

2) Reinforcement pod sizes reduced a bit more so it's always x2 weak pods instead of x2 weak or x3 standard, depending on whether it's a double wave or not.

So milita should have a better chance of surviving to be around for the first reinforcement waves + waves themselvves should generally consist of lower tier enemies.

Note that mods that make extreme changes to things like enemy pod count and composition may still require self adjustment: past a point it's not really feasible to accomodate every potential combination of mods and doing adjustments on your end is going be required.

Nerfed time for reinforcement waves in Rescue Survivors to being roughly every four turns.

Also made the first objective text more clearer in what you should be doing.

Changed localization for Escort Resistance Operative and Rescue Haven Survivors to make them more clearer.

Altered Rescue Haven Survivors: it is now 4 enemies every two turns once you start evacuating, instead of 3 enemies every turn.
