Cranes in the skybox now rotate
Ships in harbor now have Yokohama bumpers around them
Two of the cargo ships have departed for ports unknown

Adjusted the lighting in the skybox

Added area portals to build sheds

Known bugs:
Tugboat in skybox may move too fast
Area portals may or may not work correctly
Springs on sanding towers are unrealistically dampened
Water is buggy while under it
Sprites may have parenting issues with the skybox tugboat

Edited area portal settings on warehouses
Added blue flagstops to build shed tracks that will toggle when something is on the tracks
Minor changes to soundscape of station spawn
Fixed textures of station spawn roof windows being opaque
