Increased damage and firerate of bulletstorm gun

Enabled the crafting of 2 new specific pods on the podlauncher to shoot a satellite into orbit, spawning a orbital bombardment targeter

- Rebalanced the neutroglycerin production. It was way to inefficient.
- Bionic arms, legs and eyes are now craftable
- patch for Genetic Rim so creatures now produce neutroglycerin instead of chemfuel

non-leathal melee weapon (painstick)
new burning damage melee weapon (burnstick)
Healer/resurrector mech serum crafting
neutroamine production using boomalopes
Farming trader caravan for tribals and outlanders

Included a new faction of high-tech spacers (Blue Moon Corporation).
They will hit hard with somewhat better equipment than normal raids but the spoils go to the victor so there might be an upside to all this.
It is possible to befriend them by releasing prisoners.

Introduced two new kinds of traders:
- Glitterworld trader (more high tech stuff but doesn't buy art)
- Farming trader (a lot of farm animals plus raw food)
