Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.15: "How many Blokks can a Blokkat Blokk?"

• Updated the mod for 3.1 Lem.

Crisis Changes:
• Added the Blokkat Harvesters, a new endgame crisis which spawns after Aeternum or another Endgame Crisis has been defeated by default.
• Can be made to spawn earlier (up to game start)
• Will appear at the edge of the galaxy and begin to slowly consume it.
• Mothership is initially invincible and it is necessary to undertake a series of researches and special projects to figure out its weaknesses.
• A gigastructure can eventually be constructed to temporarily render the mothership vulnerable.
• Has a bunch of mechanics like Blokkat Inquietude, which represents how utterly terrified everyone is of them.
• Can capture Blokkats and study them (very ethical)
• Has a cool event chain involving Paluushia.
• Can destroy their ships to acquire Blokkat Scrap and reverse-engineer their components.
• Have snarky lines when certain criteria are met and other mods are enabled.
• Have 4 difficulties that automatically adjust whether NSC/ESC/ACOT are enabled. Can be manually changed.
• Features 8 achievements.
• Disabled by default in MP, can be re-enabled if you want.
• Can be made to look really stupid.

Traditions Changes:
• Added two new traditions trees.
• The first one is Macroengineering and focuses on early-game megaprojects.
• The second one is Gigaconstruction and is only available after researching Tetradimensional Engineering. It provides buffs to megastructures in general.

Megastructures Changes:
• Orbital Arcologies now scale into infinity. Their cost & modifier on their planet's size..
• No more size 5 planets with giant arcology models! The models will always match its planet.
• Kaiser now only builds an Arcology on Flusion.
• Integrated Laneer's Void Birch World mod. Only available if ACOT is enabled.
• It's basically a Birch World but the jobs provide Void Sphere jobs. Fun times.
• Aiondia can be turned into one only if the Decaying Hyperstructure modifier has been removed and it is fully mapped out & understood.

Flavor Changes:
• Added Ruined Warships!
• Comes in Battleship, Titan, Juggernaut and Colossus forms.
• Can be scrapped for alloys or restored with the appropriate tech.
• Your own ships will not generate the scraps.
• The exact quantity that spawns in the galaxy can be configured in the gigamenu.
• Added an unique Abandoned Planetary Computer system that contains a spooky secret.

Planetcraft/Moon Changes:
• Tweaked Attack Moon/Planetcraft destruction event text.
• Can now claim all wrecked asteroids/moons/planets in systems you own through a decision on the star, if you somehow don't own them.
• Planetcrafts and Moons now violently explode upon death (purely visual, it looks cool)
• Fixed Planetcraft/Moon death not properly decrementing the variable that checks how many of them you have.
• Systemcrafts now split into 4 damaged Planetcrafts and 5 damaged Attack Moons on death. It's like Bloons!
• Attack Moons, Planetcraft and Systemcraft now have unique icons.

Icon Changes:
• Most Gigas planet classses now have unique icons.
• Aeternite and Riesigerkatzenpanzer armies now have unique icons.

Bug Fixes & Tweaks:
• Migrated several special projects to country scope, such as the Kaiser Resistance projects and the Galactic Core one. This should ensure they don't disappear if the player moved their capital.
• Systemcraft hull regen component now only provides armor regen. I think you can guess why.
• Systemcraft Colossus Weapons no longer fire instantly.
• Carrying Capacity cap is now 10000 for y'all Alderson/Birch World Enjoyers.
• Fixed Interstellar Assemblies having weird build rules.
• Using Katzen Bombardment on Ringworlds no longer turns them into Irradiated Desert planets.
• Can no longer harvest shielded worlds for Planetary Mass.
• Can no longer target Aetherophasic Engines with NDB/QSO because it breaks.
• Lunar Speculorefractors should no longer randomly disappear when managed.
• System-clearing megas now delete megastructures that are dependent on a planet (EG: Equatorial Shipyard, Stripmine, SUCC)
• Fixed Matter Synthesizer Districts on Alderson Disks giving too many jobs for Hives.
• Fixed incorrect Preserve Keeper jobs for Gestalts.
• Lost Communities on Birch/Alderson should now provide growth for Machine Empires.
• The special Mineral & Energy producing jobs (On Birch & Alderson) are now affected by Mineral Purification Plants/Energy Nexuses.
• NDB/QSO/Stareater now properly remove the O-Class star modifier.
• Fixed incorrect power generator for QNM Juggernaut Reactor.
• QSO/NDB should no longer crash if you blow up a system with a gateway.
• BIG Vat is no longer required for Megastructure Mogul III.
• Killing Rubricator Dragon now lets you clone Drakes in the Big VAT.
• Hyperstructural Assembly Yard Outer Ring is no longer messed up by rescaling mods.
• Hyperstructural Assembly Yard now has its beams again.
• Added a new unique Corronian Army.
• Fallen Empires and Awakaned Empires no longer surrender if you have a Systemcraft.
• Fixed Asteroid Artillery being affected by Asteroid Manufactory being disabled.
• Fixed an issue with the Flusion Resistance Screen.
• QSO Federation can no longer form if the Custodian or Galactic Emperor is around.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.14.0 Hotfix 22:

• Halved the stats of the Katzen Riesigerkatzenpanzer armies.
• Nerfed regular Flusionian armies.
• Halved the amount of armies on Flusion.
• Removed FTL inhibitors from Katzen capitals.
• Can no longer declare war on Aeternum before they begin to awaken in multiplayer.
