• Psionic Beacon can now be acquired properly (previously was ai-only for some reason...)

• Maginot World now prevents you from making an ecu on the planet.
• The "reverse-engineer aeternum armor" project is now in country scope because I'm tired of it never showing up.

• Maginot World upgrades now actually cost alloys.
• AEs and FEs should no longer surrender to the Systemcraft (again).
• Made it clearer that the Blokkats are the Hunters.
• Maginot World can again be built on Gas Giants BUT they won't get underground Bunker districts.

• Fixed typo in Katzen cruiser name.
• Fixed Planetary Defense Nexus still making ships even after being dismantled.
• Fixed weird Maginot World job weight.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.17 Hotfix 4:

• Blokkats now delete L-Gates & Gateways properly so they should stop randomly getting stuck because they keep trying to fit the Blokk-Dismantlers in there. I bet it's Blokkazoi's fault.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.17 Hotfix 3:

• Fixed Maginot World capping variables not working.
• Maginot World now does count as a megastructure so you can't like, stripmine it.
• Can no longer build Maginot Worlds, famed for their great networks of underground fortifications, on Gas Giants that don't even have ground.

• Added an EDICT in case the Blokkat Research Bureau fails to show up for SOME REASON.
