Tweaks by TTFTCUTS:
• Adjusted elysium job distribution numbers for normal empires to have more farmers and fewer technicians
• Fixed elysium job distribution not swapping farming jobs for mining jobs when playing a lithoid hive mind
• The Elysium Overseers origin has been buffed; the main purpose of the elysium is meant to be forcing a world to do something it doesn't have the features for, and it's not very strong when ALL your planets are like that, so some changes were in order:
• Reduced alloy upkeep of habitat capitals on orbital elysiums for the Elysian Overseers origin by 80%.
• Elysium host world capitals can now be upgraded at 20 population (down from 40) for empires with the Elysian Overseers origin. In particular this means earlier access to the job-buffing effects of the building added when upgrading.
• Elysian Overseer jobs now also improve job output by 5% on host planets for empires with the Elysian Overseers origin.
• Fixed the Stellar Ring capitals so that they should be upgradable properly now, at least when not overridden.
• The Elysian Overseers origin now receives the supertensiles starting bonus, as initially intended
• Fixed an error in overwrite ordering that meant the elysium habitat capital wasn't properly upgradable since it was being overwritten by vanilla itself (oops)
• Fixed the elysium not getting its supplemental industrial building due to another oversight (double oops)
• Improved the visuals for rainbow blokkats
• Updated Simplified Chinese translation, courtesy of VittorioVeneto

• Made it clearer that Sobakis are dogs in the Katzenland digsite.
