Vendor Smithy: Now the new learnable engram for the mod. The Smithy allows you to craft all core items in this mod.
Including: Vending machine, Vendor Mortar & Pestal, Industrial Refining Forge & new Item Coin Mould.

Vendor Mortar & Pestal: New resource Rosin. New resource Gold Ore. New resource Flux

Industrial Refining Forge: New resource Gold Bar. New item forged ark coin.
Refining Forge also functions as a normal Industrial Forge with a bonus. Due to its hot flame because it runs on propellant. The charcoal output is increased.

Level to learn engram has been reduced to level 80. Various tweeks.
