Generic control car and fake locomotive

Add a simple generic control car to make trains reversible.
The generic control car looks best with freight trains and older passenger coaches.

Also add an invisible locomotive to make trains reversible.

- color change possible

hey could you add horse power to the invisable one i was thinking of doing a runaway train thing but the thing has no hp so it was stuck in the depot
