Decadent Muslim Defeats

描述
Tired of defeating Muslim invaders just to have them strike back years later with no decadence and plenty of cash thanks to ridiculous Muslim income? Well this mod will make them remember their defeat.

Wars which lower Muslim decadence on victory now create decadence if lost.

Ex. Muslim Holy War on victory: -10 Decadence
Muslim Holy War on fail: +10 Decadence
Muslim Holy War on Defeat: +20 Decadence

Less Severe version halves the penalties
Ex. Muslim Holy War on victory: -10 Decadence
Muslim Holy War on fail: +5 Decadence
Muslim Holy War on Defeat: +10 Decadence

PENALTIES ONLY APPLY TO OFFENSIVE WARS! DEFENSIVE DEFEATS WILL NOT GIVE DECADENCE!

Even with the heavy penalties (and believe me they are HEAVY) the AI is usually able to fight off the decadence invasions. So it is surprisingly balanced in that the AI is able to just bearly win. (Yes, I have seen it break the Seljuks/Abbassids but this is a long process and is unlikely to be seen within just a few hours)

20 decadence seems a little harsh. Possibly halve the penalty? (i.e. Holy War White Peace +5 Decadence, Holy War Defeat +10 Decadence)
