Theres two PVC pipes and cloth pieces. Everything else is made out of EVA foam

From the looks, probably not. It is a solid piece of foam it seems. I could be wrong though.

also for cutting that material you need the sharpest knife you can find (mat knife) or use scissors like I did with this model
