Larger System 'Fully Occupied' Icons

Beskrivning
Having a hard time finding occupied systems, especially ones with capital locations. Then this mod is for you.

I enlarged the icon spikes and added extra texture so that it will stand out more. I also changed the empire shield icon (see screen shots).

I use a 1440p monitor w/scaling set at 4 and was always having a hard time seeing occupied systems, let me know you you have any problems with other setups, thanks.

Works well with UI Overhaul Dynamic

I updated the the occupied icon - I removed the texture and gave it a cleaner look, my first attempt was just a quick icon so that I could use it in my current game. If you do not like the change let me know. Thanks

Note: Most of the 7 Change Notes was my attempt to upload a new thumbnail - Done.
