Not bad for a first chamber, pretty simple but everything is nicely labelled and it's clear what the player has to do. Unfortunately, it's easier to use a quick portal jump to get up to the exit door platform rather than use the lift/anything connected to it. Players will always seek to find easier/alternate methods to solving your puzzle.

I've got a little collection of chambers going and I'm always interested in feedback. I'd be grateful if you'd have a look:
