Mod ID: 1299138494

Adds a consumable that can be fed to a Giga to remove its rage mechanic.

Mod is Clean and Stackable.

This is created for PvE servers. The rage mechanic is designed to keep Gigas balanced for PvP, but it ends up ruining all the fun in PvE. With a simple pill all your Giga's pain induced tantrums will come to a halt! No need to worry if your Giga stubs it's toe, it won't try to eat you.

This mod is intended to be simple and only do one thing, it is completed and will no longer be updated.

Spawn Code:
cheat gfi GigaChillPill 1 0 0
OR
cheat giveitem "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/GigaChillPill/PrimalItem_GigaChillPill.PrimalItem_GigaChillPill'" 1 0 0

Crafting Requirements Override:

To add some balance to the mod, the consumable take a Giga Heart and 100 Narcotics to craft. If you would like to change the crafting requirements you can use this in your game.ini.

ConfigOverrideItemCraftingCosts=(ItemClassString="PrimalItem_GigaChillPill_C",BaseCraftingResourceRequirements=((ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemConsumable_Narcotic_C",BaseResourceRequirement=1000,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=False)))

This will change it to only require 100 Narcotics and not the Giga Heart.

the displayed text for changing the crafting recipe no longer works. the updated code to set the recipe to only 100 narcotics is as follows:

I put in the Crafting Requirement Override in my game.ini, copy-pasted just as shown above, spaces and all, but it still requires the Giga Heart to craft. Any idea what I did wrong?

i test it and in a cryopod it lost its chill pill

@izstok.lah Honestly not sure, it depends how they were implemented. I would think it would as the item pretty much looks for the "Rage Script" by name and deletes it if found. As long as it has the same Rage script, it should work. I would recommend testing it in SP via spawn commands before wasting any resources on it.
