In reality, SS-Gruppenführer Hans Georg Otto Hermann Fegelein (30 October 1906 – 28 April 1945) was a General of the Waffen-SS in Nazi Germany. - Wikipedia
As you can see in this video, he was wanted by Hitler and the German authorities for going AWOL, which was considered an act of treason. As a result he was found and killed by Hitler's men.

In the Hitler parodies however, Fegelein is nothing more than a lovable prankster who tries to brighten the day in the bunker with his antics. If it isn't obvious, the biggest subject of his antics is Hitler. Due to Hitler's ego and his intense rage, Fegelein and Hitler are basically arch rivals in the parodies as Hitler is always going about with his hundreds of stubborn attempts to kill him. But little did Hitler know the power of the Antic Master.
