Craftable Headsman's Axe

Description
Part III of the serie. This makes the Headman's Axe (yes, the one that was at your party in Helgen and the one that was used to behead Roggvir) craftable, enchantable and upgradable.

das best wel zalig ze maar, zoude da ni miss in andere soorten metalen kunnen creeren bij smithing zoals in deadric ,glass enzovoort?
