It's a collection that makes your Insurgency a complete mess of total WTF with some memes and textures but mainly sounds. (This may worsen your gameplay and give you cancer butt it will make it hella lot funnier to play.)

Some sounds may not work until you enter ''SND_Restart'' into the game console/ Developer console.
