Getting the "CSM" problem?

Are you getting the famous problem "Your graphics hardware does not support all features (CSM)" and don't know how to fix it? Maybe your answer would be here

A little introduction

This issue is really common with people that have just installed a fresh copy of Windows and decided to play without any driver installations.
Keep in mind that by default, Windows mostly installs the basic drivers that needed to the basic function of your hardware
Which means that the GPU (Graphics Card) driver might miss some features such as OpenGL support and support to some features of DirectX that are used by games and you would notice that the control panel of your GPU driver might miss as well. This issue can be fixed easily without any problems and can be done by anyone.

Finding your graphics card and Install the driver

If you already know which graphics card do you have, Then you pretty much can skip step 1 and 2 but for those that do not know it might be useful
1.Download GPU-Z and this would show you your graphics card model, For example in my case "Name : "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070" if it shows the model correctly then go to Step 3

But sometimes it may appear as this:


2.Don't worry, You can still find it with the GPU core (In this case "GF104")
Do a quick Google search and you would find it out (GF104 means NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 for example)

3.After you found which graphics card do you have, Simply go the website of the GPU manufacturer, choose the correct details in the section and then download and install it

Still happens?

If this issue still keeps to happen then you can try to install the latest version of DirectX Runtime (I really recommend to install this after you have just installed Windows) You may get it from here

However if the Web installer is not working for you for some reason, You might want to try the offline installer which you can get it from here

Download this and after you launch it, it would ask where do you want put the files of the DirectX instailation
After it's done, Go to the folder that you selected and look for "DXSETUP.EXE" and simply install it.

And if it fails, Then I'm sorry to say but your GPU is probably so old that it doesn't support DirectX 9.0c/Shader Model 3.0 and this is required to this game in order to play this, So you might want to buy a new GPU.For example if your GPU is:
"Intel GMA 950/945 Express Chipest"
"Intel G33/G31 Express Chipest / GMA 3100"
"NVIDIA GPUs from the GeForce FX series or older"
"ATi Radeon X800 Series or older"
Then yeah, It's the time to buy a new one.
