Beta Map Rollover Sound Effect

Description
As noticed from the Skyrim Demo footage, earlier versions of Skyrim had a different sound effect for the rollover of map destinations. Instead of a 'tick', there was a chime, which I felt was much better. Sure enough, the original file is still there within the final build of the game.

I really like this, it makes veiwing the map that little bit more enjoyable.
