The Steam Loyalist Upgrade Guide by Oni das Alagoas

This guide was made so the people interested in the DLC can have access to more images and more information about the Steam Loyalist Upgrade before buying it.

A Cosmetics DLC

This DLC brings cosmetic items. Only two of them changes mechanics in the game (Enchanted Burrwitch Brew and Will-O'-The-Wisp), althout the changes do not have a big impact.

Helmets:

These are the five helmets that come with the DLC:

The Powdered Wig


The Pillager's Dread Helm


Helm of the Venerable Warrior


Helm of the Southern General


and The Admiral's Hat

Swashbuckler's Coat

The Swashbuckler's Coat is the only clothing listed in the DLC.

The Will-O'-The-Wisp and Burrwitch Brew

As said in the store page, Will-O'-The-Wisp pet acts as a light source in the dark. Here's a pic of it in-game:

Wisp Aura:



The Burrwitch Brew is a booze/lichor that makes your character drunk when you drink it. It lasts 450 seconds (too much huh?!) and stuns your char from time to time while on it's effects.

Illusion. You aplie these illusions on the helmets you're wearing. Same thing goes to the coat.

Is it a helmet you wear or an illusion you can apply to a helmet?

Most of the time it's not really useful anyways, especially with other players in multiplayer (considering the carnage of everyone spamming stuff on the screen), also it's distracting if you have Elemental Seeker devotion skill, as they both look fairly similar.

All allies within 14 radius of the wisp get the 20% light radius, more pets you have the more effective it will be in a very dark area or at midnight.

shaggi12 is right, if it is set to aggressive it will move to where ghe target is.

Once I get in game I will put the information on which NPC you talk to get the items (with screenshots) and more screenshots of Will-O in a dark dugeon.

Yes, the will-o pet makes things brighter around you. Also, it seems that if you set it to aggressive, it moves and lights up enemies. That could be me just thinking it does though. Also, @SlayerEdition, you obtain the items, once you have the DLC, in Devil's a crossing, near the front gate.
