Custom Reticle / Crosshair Blue Version

Replace the annoying big red reticle with something more subtle: Client Side Mod.

More colors can be made available upon request.
Looking into reducing the size somehow to make it look sharper.
Might find a way to combine this version with the other shades and colors of crosshairs in-game.

This colored version is based on the medium opacity reticle.
